Terms & Conditions

·  Room rental is charged per 4-hour session. 10% discount is applied for 2 consecutive sessions, and 20% discount is applied for 3 consecutive sessions.
·  If preparation time exceeds one hour, additional fee will be applied as per standard pricing, and rent will be charged for overtime.
·  If other exhabition lights or usage of eletricity required, please inform us in advance for preparation. Utility Bill charged separately.
·  A cleaning service charge of NT$5,000 is applied if guests bring their own food and beverages.
·  Room and equipment prices listed above are subject to change.
·  Audio/Visual Equipment has no recording function; customers must prepare their own if needed.
·  Customers needing to access Hinet (dial-up) must apply in advance and arrive one day early to test the equipment; charges will be for actual amount used.
·  NT$5 for one piece of photocopy document (black and white).
·  All prices are subject to a 10% service charge.
·  Compensation requested for damage of meeting room.
